Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1) Age Requirement: Guests booking the VIP Package must be 18 or older; no entry for those under 18. 2) ID Requirement: Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests; no exceptions. 3) Arrival Details: Guests, kindly share your estimated arrival time. 4) Rescheduling: To adjust, contact us on paddys@paddysairlie.com at least 24h before the booking date. 5) Group Changes: Notify us ASAP of any group size changes; we'll accommodate if possible, based on availability. 6) Cancellations: get a full-refund if cancelled up to 48h before the booking time. After this, the booking is non-refundable. 7) Please double check our opening hours: from 8pm on Fridays & Saturdays, and from 9pm Sundays to Thursdays. These may vary during special events.
