Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1) Age Requirement: Guests booking the VIP Package must be 18 or older; no entry for those under 18. 2) ID Requirement: Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests; no exceptions. 3) Arrival Details: Guests, kindly share your estimated arrival time and preferred spirit when booking or promptly thereafter. 4) Rescheduling/Cancellation: To adjust or cancel, contact us one week before your booking for a refund. After this period, bookings are non-refundable. 5) Group Changes: Notify us ASAP of any group size changes; we'll accommodate if possible, based on availability.
